Status of Compliance with the Requirements
This website is partially compliant with the applicable accessibility requirements. Certain areas are currently being further optimised.
Assessment Basis (Testing Status)
The assessment is based on:
- an automated website scan (homepage scan and full scan), and
- manual testing of selected core functions.
The most recent full scan was carried out on 28 October 2025 (scope: 500 pages), and the most recent homepage scan on 29 October 2025. The manual tests were conducted on a sample basis along typical user journeys (e.g. navigation, content and forms).
Known Non-Accessible Content / Limitations
Based on the testing carried out so far, there is still potential for improvement regarding accessibility in certain areas — in particular with respect to the colour contrast of individual texts and operating elements, the labelling or alternative texts of individual content, the consistent recognisability and naming of individual links, as well as the semantic page structure (e.g. landmark and heading structure).
We are actively working to address these points and to remove barriers step by step. A renewed review is planned.
Feedback, Contact and Response Time
If you notice any barriers on https://www.leuchtturm.com/ or require information on non-accessible content, please contact us:
Leuchtturm email: service@leuchtturm.com
We will usually respond within 5 working days.
Where possible, please provide:
- the affected page (URL),
- your device/browser,
- and a brief description of exactly where the problem occurs.
Creation and Update of This Statement
This accessibility statement was created in 2026. The underlying testing basis stems from the scan conducted on 28–29 October 2025.
